Today’s power washer review is from one of my neighbors, Sylvester. Sylvester is an everyday man who works as a mechanic at day and a part-time power washer “expert” on the weekends. Here is what Sylvester had to say about the Snow Joe Sun Joe pressure washer:
Sylvester’s Review of the Sun Joe SPX3000
After researching many electric pressure washers I ended up buying the Snow Joe SPX3000 because it seemed like it would fit my needs perfectly.
One thing I particularly like about the Sun Joe products is that if you do have a problem the company will exchange the unit without any hassle.
After my first use of this product I was especially impressed with the dual detergent tanks, the numerous settings, and the PSI.
The connectors pop on and off very easily and seem to be very well made.
There is also a garden hose adapter which makes it very simple to go from one job to the next.
I know some people only buy power washers to tackle their driveways and walkways, but the cleaning tasks with the Snow Joe Sun Joe include everything from home, buildings, cars and other vehicles, patios, lawn equipment, and more.
It can generate up to 2030 PSI of water pressure and can easily remove grease and tar from concrete. I’ve had other pressure washers in the past that couldn’t tackle even the simplest of stains, but the Sun Joe quickly removed mildew stains, oil stains, and even rust from steel.
Easy to Use
The long extension spray wand made it really easy to maneuver and access difficult places to reach, other machines made it impossible to finish a job without having to constantly adjust the hose and move the tank.
I was able to quickly clean my walkway, driveway, and sidewalk without having to change the location of the equipment more than once and the different settings of water pressure made it possible for me to switch easily and clean delicate areas along my door frame.
Other power washers I’ve tried have actually damaged my deck, but the settings on this machine were ideal and made the job really easy.
Some people would rent a pressure washer believing that they won’t use it enough to warrant the cost, but honestly with the numerous jobs around a single home the cost of the Sun Joe easily pays for itself within the first couple of uses.
There are some very cheaply made pressure washers out there that leak, are cumbersome, or simply just don’t get the job done due to weak water pressure. You won’t find any of those problems with the SPX3000.
